Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods:

Standard or USPS Select Ground: This service if for free shipping. Shipping carrier and service level is at the discretion of PressKits and may be use USPS or any other logistics services. Estimated delivery is 5-8 days after receipt of shipment confirmation, but may be longer.

UPS Ground: This service is based on negotiated UPS rates and Zones.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Territories.

Order Processing:

Once we have received approval of artwork proofs, production will usually commence within 24hr and be completed within 3-5 days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

Refused Packages:

Refused packages will be assessed a delivery fee to cover PressKits shipping and handling costs and will be charged to the order payment method.
