Order Cancellation Policy:
Our Cancellation Grace period lasts until we have commenced work or ordered materials (Typically within 12hrs). After this time any potential Refunds will be reduced based on expenses incurred. Once an Order has been Approved, production is scheduled, with both stock and labor generally being committed within the first 24hrs. As a result, we will do our best help our Customer's with unforeseen changes.
Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the customer in writing within 10 days of receiving order. If no such claim is made, customer acknowledges the job has been accepted and the agreed upon terms and conditions of the customer's order has been fully satisfied, and any outstanding payments are due in full unless specified otherwise on the Order Acknowledgement.
